Ricerca-Azione: pari opportunità in UniTn (Action-Research: equal opportunities at UniTN (University of Trento, Italy) (2014 - 2016)

This was a research project aiming at developing a positive action plan
promoting equal opportunities within the University of Trento. 1) To map quantitative
and qualitative differences (gender, age, origin and other characteristics) within the
University of Trento and kind of discrimination; 2) To explore good practices adopted in
other Italian and foreign universities; 3) To analyse the situation relating to equal
opportunities within the University of Trento among students, faculty, and staff, through
the use of qualitative analysis tools (interviews, focus groups, document analysis), with
specific attention to organizational processes; 4) To develop intervention proposals to
contrast discrimination and promote organizational well-being.
