This is a training model (ACSO) for the Technical and Administrative Staff at
Universities, aimed at contrasting sexism and homophobia and promoting organizational well-being in working groups and working organizations. The aim of the training is to equip Technical and Administrative Staff with cognitive and metacognitive elements and strategies necessary to recognize and critically analyze behaviors and situations in which sexist and homotransphobic behaviors occur and adopt prevention and contrast strategies |
